I am running with 2 of my colleagues from HH Design in the British 10K London Run 2009 on 12/07/2009 to raise money for Outreach 3 Way and I can't tell you how much I would appreciate your support.

Outreach 3 Way are a charity established 30 years ago, based in Crawley and Worthing, West Sussex and their sole aim is to support people with learning disabilities. They have three main areas in which they provide support - work, home and leisure. They aim to help people gain the confidence and skills they need to work, support people so they can enjoy leisure activities and, through their housing services, they enable people to live with both security and independence.
