As those of you know me my fitness is ok, but one night decided to do the world some good, I know lets enter the London Marathon, (no beer in me either,)

So on line I went

Entered and thought great , until the next day, anyway being a stubborn kind of guy , i thought I cant quit already, that was back in November, went out for a run which turned into a walk after 5 mins , not going to be easy then !

Running for a charity called WPF therapy , they are for adult help and counseling,

We all might need that one day when the , youth of today upset us, or the litter and parking are suddenly really important and starts to wear us down, then one day somebody just  pushes in front of us in the supermarket and it tips us right over the edge,

So in the words of the lottery IT COULD BE YOU !!!!!!!!!!

By the way not Grumpy old git yet,

I am giving 10/15 hrs a week in training and donating at least £1,000,000.00 to Tesco for the extra food I am eating whilst training , so all you have to do is push a few buttons and help me because I have pledged to raise £2000.00 or I cant run,

So please dig deep and donate now, and dont make my training all a waste of time or I will be visiting WPF sooner than I think,
