We are taking part in the NACC annual walk to raise vital funds and awareness for  Colitis and Crohn's Disease. A subject close to our heart!

The National Association for Colitis and Crohn's Disease (NACC) brings together people of all ages who have Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis, their families and the health professionals involved in their care. These two illnesses are both forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and they affect about 1 in 400 people in the United Kingdom.  www.nacc.org.uk
