In the next 12 months Bryan and I will run more than 1000km, Cycle several 1000km and Swim several hundred Km in a series of challenges, all targeted on raising money for Transaid. 

Every 500 euro raised, means a bicycle ambulance for a remote community in Sub Saharan Africa. This simple form of transport can save children with severe malaria or a Lady with childbirth complications. 

We will suffer during my challenges, the only think me over the line is the knowledge that the money I raise will all go to a great charity - Transaid.
