WWF does a lot of great work to help protect all of the endangered animals such as Pandas, Tigers, Sharks etc.

On the 3rd of Sept I'm doing my first triathlon at Grendon lakes in Northampton.  It's a 30th birthday present to myself! It's only the "baby" one - 750m swim across the lake, 21km bike ride followed by a 6.5km run.  If all goes well and my knees and back hold out I'm going for a the bigger one next year!
