The fine athletes* at Get Yourself Noticed are donning the Lycra and taking on this year’s 5k Rainbow Run Swansea in support of Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice. The Rainbow Run is no ordinary 5k! We will be showered with colour at every turn, so we come out looking like right plonkers - all in the aid of charity!

Tŷ Hafan is one of the UK’s leading paediatric palliative care charities and offers care to children and support for their families, throughout Wales. They offer comfort, care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families in the hospice, in the community and in their home so they can make the most of the time they have left together.  Every year Tŷ Hafan has to raise £3.7 million to provide its free services to families in Wales. That’s where we come in - they need our support in order to keep providing these important services year on year.
