I'm taking part in this years Great South Run in Portsmouth on Oct 26th.  I'm doing the run to raise valuable funds for Help For Heroes.  As many of you will be aware I spent 12 years serving in the Army and luckily didn't suffer any serious injuries, unfortunately many soldiers aren't as lucky as me and I wanted to do what I could to help make their lives a little better.  Help For Heroes provides practical support for service personnel wounded in the line of duty.  For more information visit www.helpforheroes.org.uk .
