Hi all, glad you could make it

I am getting started doing challenge events, and thought this would be a better place to start than Everest!

I will be taking part in the Yorkshire 3 Peaks walk on Saturday 11th July, which takes in the following...

Pen-y-ghent (694 metres - 2,276 feet)
Whernside (736 metres - 2,415 feet)
Ingleborough (723 metres 2,372 feet)

hmm... looking at those numbers is making me wonder what I've let myself into!!

Please give what you can; as you know I have workred at the Red Cross for the last 4 and a half years, so this is my charitable sign off!!!

Would also love your suggestions for suitable hill music to keep me going!!
