I will be climbing the Mt Kilimanjaro on 10^th October 2008 to raise money for the charity Diabetes U.K. The Mt Kilimanjaro is the tallest mountain in Africa at 19,340 ft

Laughing all the way to top (Ho Ho Ha Ha  Ho Ho Ha Ha )

Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro will be tough because of its high altitude and lack of oxygen. Getting the right amount of oxygen into the body is the key to being fit to take on this challenge. Laughter Yoga exercises can help improve lung capacity, thus ensuring the free flow of oxygen and energy in the body. So I hope to use the laughter exercises as part of my training.
