Please Donate Harry Couper Tough Mudder 2013!

I will be running the Tough Mudder North West 2013 on 6 October it is around 13 miles with over 25 obstacles four hours is a good time. I have been training tirelessly for the past 6 months with a group of old school friends who will be completing the course together with me. I am raising money for ASGMA the Autistic Society Greater Manchester Area.

Having a member of the family with autism ASGMA has provided brilliant support for my family and my sister from their centre in Stretford. They have provided an amazing social environment, which particularly people with autism, would not have had much of a social life, as some social interaction can cause distress. 

However with projects like Aspirations, Living Skills, and Drop In, to name a few; not only have given my sister a group of good friends, it has taught her many life skills. Especially cooking which I have had the privilege of tasting myself :) Going to places like aspirations has vastly increased her confidence, so much so she is currently looking to move out from home and stand on her own two feet, but always there to catch her is her family and ASGMA and the support they provide. Any money raised will help ASGMA and projects like Aspirations continue to provide the fantastic support to those who need it.
