Hi and welcome to my web-page

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Suzie for organizing a dress down day at her work. It took place today & went really well. Thank you Suzie and to all your colleagues who took part. I am truely grateful. THANK YOU.

Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has sponsored me so far. You have all been very supportive and I am so grateful to have such wonderful friends and family. I really can not thank you all enough, Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would not be able to do this without you.

please do sponsor me as much as you can. All monies raised from the Flora London Marathon event will help fund a brand new state-of-the-art cardiac theatre for the new heart and lung centre for children. Please help make a difference to all the children and their families of the Great Ormond street hospital.

I am very honoured to be running on behalf of the Great Ormond Street. It is such a hard charity to get in to and I am proud of myself for getting in. There were only 50 golden bond places and I was millimetres from getting in originally and now with someone dropping out I have made it. Also did you know that the Flora London Marathon is the hardest Marathon in the world to get into!

If you are a member of my facebook group or a local from my Fauldhouse bebo group please do not leave this page without sponsoring me £2! I appreciate all the help and support I receive.

PLEASE SPONSOR ME NOW!

I will be dressing up as Tinkerbell, please send me a bit of fairy dust & sponsor me!

Donating through Just giving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Great Ormond Street gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

so far my schedule looks like this.

5th April Edinburgh Half Marathon - completed in 2:02:05

26th April - Flora London Marathon

24th May 5k Half marathon relay Bathgate

31st May The Edinburgh Marathon.

About me. My name is Haylee I am 26 years old I live in Fauldhouse, west Lothian. I moved from my home town of Greenwich London six years ago.I am a stay at home mum or housewife if you prefer. I have two children Eliza who is  five and Ray who is two. I am married to Michael, we have been together since the tender age of seventeen.

Why do I want to run the Flora London Marathon?
When I lived in Greenwich me and my mum used to go every year to cheer on all the runners. My step Dad ran the Marathon when I was in primary school and I envied him for it. I thought .....I am going to run the London Marathon one day, it has been my dream since then really.

Why did I choose to run for the Great Ormond Street Hospital?
After reading an article in a magazine about a little girl called Samantha Hughes and her fight against neuroblastoma (a childhood cancer) I was touched. She regularly received medical help from the GOSH. I followed Samantha's on-line journal for two years, sadly she passed away last year. Samantha inspired me to go for my dream and live every day to the full. She enjoyed life and had the cutest smile. I shall be thinking of her on Marathon Day. click link below to read Samantha's story. http://www.samanthahughes.co.uk/index.htm The other reason I choose GOSH is because of their dedication love and support they show all their patients and families on an every day basis. The hospital is truly amazing - raising the money for them is the least I can do if I can help make a difference in a child/ families life.

If anyone thinks they can help raise funds at home or work for the Great Ormond Street Hospital and help me get to my target I would be so grateful. You can contact me via email hayleehibbert@yahoo.co.uk. I am going to need all the help I can get !I have a GOSH -FLM Facebook group and have been updating it regularly. If you would like to join here is the link http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/group.php?gid=15545103057 I also have a bebo group, if you would like to join please visit http://www.bebo.com/Profile.jsp?MemberId=8651415088
