If you don't already know I am trying to raise money to help people in Umgababa.  About 1 million people are living in inadequate housing conditions in urban areas alone!  40% of African urban households are living below the locally defined poverty line and about 100 million people worldwide are homeless.

The charity Habitat for Humanity are dedicated to eliminating poverty housing worldwide.

I am going to Umgababa as a volunteer to help build houses and as such help give a secure living area to some families in the area.
