I managed to run the 13.1 miles around Birmingham in 2hrs 1 min on Sunday 26th Oct! Really pleased that I actually finished it seeing as I had physio daily the week leading up to the event & a lot of pain from 6 miles onwards! Never mind....let's just hope I don't have to do any stairs assessments this week because they're causing me a few problems right now!

I'm amazed and really touched at how generous and supportive all my friends and family have been & I am now really hoping to reach the £500 mark....any contribution will really help.  MND is a devastating disease & I know what good  work this charity does, especially in supporting the families of sufferers.  Thank you to those of you who have donated both online & on paper.
