Right then - I have been 'roped' into another fantastic cause - quite literally.  This weekend, I will abseiling (I know what am I thinking) down one of the tallest buildings in Hull - the Express by Holiday Inn.

I can assure you that it looks much higher from the top than it does from the bottom.

Why? To raise a bit of cash for the local charity CASE.

CASE was founded in 1985 by parents/carers of people with learning disability and provides meaningful, effective training and work experience opportunities, with the aim of improving quality of life and enhancing future prospects.

If you have a few pennies rattling about that you would like to donate to this worthy cause, feel free.
