I'm going to do the British 10K Run in London on July 11th.  Ha Ha! I've never run for anything before except a bus, so it's going to be tough for me. It is in aid of the Mayhew Animal Home in Kensal Green, London. I have seen first hand the amazing work they do there to care for stray and abandoned animals, but they also send vets internationally to help animals and to educate people in their care.
