It has been a childhood dream for me to take part in the marathon and I cant believe it's actually going to happen! However its coming up in just over two weeks now and now I'm feeling quite nervous!
Dad and I went on our final training run together today for 21miles (ouch!) and unfortunately I hit 'the wall' at 18/19 miles making me consider if I could actually do this and why I was putting myself through so much pain!
As you may know my sister has Russell Sliver Syndrome, requiring her to take growth hormones. Not much is known about this condition so money is needed to develop research.
