It's a few years since I've bothered you with sponsorship (a tandem skydive for the same charity) so it's time to crawl out of my comfort zone. You may recall the excuse I give for my general laziness and penchant for naps is having an MPN. Well, for me, fatigue is the biggest symptom. Undesired weight loss is another of the symptoms but I don't get that ... typical.

If you can spare a fiver, that would be marvellous. And if you're free at noon on Friday 13th May why not come and: (a) heckle me; (b) slap me if I get hysterical and change my mind; and (c) watch me go over the top .... (no change there then).
