This year, I'm raising money for Help for Heroes, who are making a real difference to the lives of wounded servicemen and women (you can find out more about what they do at http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/how_we_spend.html).  Whatever you think of the conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq, I hope you agree that those who are injured serving their country deserve the best possible support.
