We work to create good mental health for all.

Story

On 26th September, 13 members of the Henderson Property Team (past and present) will be taking on the full 26.2 miles of the Berlin Marathon.

Given the lack of previous running experience across the team this is a massive commitment and will doubtless see an enormous amount of sweat and tears being produced before all 12 of us cross the line.

We are running to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation. Founded in 1949, the Mental Health Foundation is a leading UK charity that provides information, carries out research, campaigns and works to improve services for anyone affected by mental health problems, whatever their age and wherever they live.

Mental health problems are among the most common of all health conditions, directly affecting about a quarter of the population in any one year and range from short-term problems to serious long-term illnesses, and yet they continue to be misunderstood and wrongly stigmatised.

We are hoping raise £5,000 to go towards further research into causes and treatments, and we appreciate any donations, however large or small.
