Story
Thank you for visiting the Hilary Stent Fundraising Page.
Hilary Stent worked for Thames Reach for ten years before her untimely death from cancer in 1999. She was greatly loved by her colleagues and by the many homeless people to whom she committed herself to.
The Hilary Stent Awards were created in 2001, as an annual award for homeless and ex homeless people who are trying to make big steps in their lives, and as a way to remember the remarkable contribution Hilary made to the lives of so many.
This year, we would like to raise £4000 to distribute to former homeless people so that they can make big steps in their lives.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Thames Reach will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
Many thanks for supporting these very special awards.
