Woodcraft Folk is the Co-operative children and young people's movement. We run hundreds of grassroots education groups across the UK where young people of all ages meet to play games, make friends and learn about big ideas from climate change to social justice through co-operative activities.

Story

Brighton Hill Fort Woodcraft Folk are taking a group of children and young people to the Woodcraft Folk's international camp this summer and we are also hosting an international delegation from Finland our the village. This will be the first district camp that Hill Fort attend together so we are encouraging as many people to attend as possible. The district are aiming to subsidise the camp for those who cannot afford it and for all volunteers through fundraising.

Therefore the whole district are taking part in a sponsored Swimathon in May. Brighton Hill Fort aim to collectively swim 500 lengths in two hours, with people of all ages and levels participating together. We will work together for the common goal as a team, no matter what the individual's ability. We will have Woodchips and Kinsfolk swimming side-by-side.

Please donate something to event, whether 50p or £50.
