This year I'm running the London Marathon for the Karen Morris Memorial Trust. Karen was an inspirational youth group leader of mine in the late 1990's before her untimely death. Pounding the streets during the winter has been really tough. But Karen's memory together with the motivation to raise in excess of the required £2000 have helped me ruin my trainers!
