Story

I'm running the Royal Parks 1/2 marathon in on October 10 for the The Joshua Hayday Helping Hands Trust

http://www.joshuahaydaytrust.org/

This is a great charity run by some friends of mine to care for children like Joshua, with life-limiting conditions.

I have previously helped out the charity before by attending an "eat as much as you like" sausage roll and cake event, but have decided to take the more healthy route this time to try to raise some money for this cause, and would appreciate any support you are able to give.  Every donation is appreciated, especially if you can Gift Aid!

Many thanks

Howard
