after a few too many glasses of wine, we have agreed to take part in a triathlon to raise money for Hope and Homes for Children so that more children can fulfil their potential www.hopeandhomes.org. 

we have a very mixed sporting standard from rubbish down to "you can only know that if you have ever done any sport"
