Hello Everyone

It's that time of year again I dust off my tight little running shorts and haul my ever growing guinness belly around the Woodhall Spa 10km road race.  It's on Sunday 7th June 09 and myself and a number of equally physically challenged Lincolnshire coppers will be attempting to finish and get to a Mrs Miggins special first.

My darling wife Jane will also be running for Help for Heroes but as she points out she does not have a guinness belly nor does she have any tight little shorts. Pity.

We have chosen this year to send any proceeds to Help for Heroes, a worthy cause. If you can help then brilliant, even better if you can let anyone else know about this web page.
