I am delighted that, with the help of many of my friends and colleagues, I was able to beat my target of raising £5,000 for Bowel Cancer UK.

The race was fantastic fun, and I smashed my other target (getting home in under 4 hours) by a long way, crossing the line in 3 hours and 39 minutes

So, many thanks again for your support, and if you are feeling generous next year, look out for me running the London Marathon for charity on April 26th, 2009
