I have been taking part in charity bike rides on behalf of Norwood for over 10 years and it has been my pleasure to complete most of those rides on tandem with some wonderful cycling partners who benefit from the services that Norwood provides. I loved the rides so much, that in 2004 I became Norwood's Head of Challenges!!

This year is no exception. In November I will be back on my tandem with Ian Spellman, taking on a real cycling challenge in India. We'll be tackling the hot, humid and hilly region of Kerala on our 5 day challenge before finishing up in Kochin. 

We have set ourselves a fundraising target of £3,000 and would really appreciate if you would be kind enough to sponsor our efforts.
