I am pleased to be able to share that I successfully completed my 14th London Marathon in 3 hours 34 minutes. This is a new PB for me - knocking off 14 minutes of my previous personal best time from 7 or 8 years ago.

As always the support I receive is much appreciated.  Hospice UK is a fabulous charity which supports local hospices across the UK.
