Story

Injured Jockeys Fund staff members Karen and Jeremy are attempting to achieve personal best times in the 2009 London marathon and raise money for the IJF. Anyone donating £10 or more can attempt to guess their combined finishing time for a chance to win a day at the races with them. Join them at an IJF beneficiary race day and meet jockeys past and present,  IJF Trustees and perhaps familiar racing presenters. To be included in the Prize Draw....ENTER A CONTACT NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS in the comments section...AND... ALSO YOUR GUESS FOR THEIR COMMBINED FINISHING TIME!

Neither Karen, who turns 50 the following week, or Jeremy at 57 have Olympic dreams just hopes to meet their running and IJF fund raising targets.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. The Injured Jockeys Fund gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Thank you so much. Every donation is greatly appreciated.
