We are devastated to say that Jeremy was diagnosed with terminal cancer in July.  Unfortunately chemotherapy didn't work and he quickly deteriorated. His last wish was to be able to die peacefully at home, surrounded by his close family.

Herriot Hospice Homecare offer free of charge, care and support to allow terminally ill patients to die at home peacefully, surrounded by their loved ones.  The service they offer is compassionate, caring and seamless and we would like donations in memory of Jeremy, to support them to continue this service for other families in need.
