Story

Hi all

Thanks for visiting the Investec Principal Finance Ski Race fundraising page.

Henrik, Jamie, Kevin, Miguel, Guus, Natasha and Katie are going to attempt to ski (between us) for 24hrs in Villars from midday 12th January 2008 to midday 13th January 2008 in support of the Teenage Cancer Trust and PA Touch.

Teenage Cancer Trust exists to ensure that teenagers and young adults are diagnosed efficiently, treated effectively and have the support they need to make it through their treatment and rebuild their lives after cancer.  As you can imagine, it's a tough enough having cancer, let alone at such a young age.   For more information, see here: http://www.teenagecancertrust.org

PA Touch has been set up to combat abuse, physical and psychological violence involving children and adolescents.  The association aims to develop its prevention activities and information for children, adolescents, parents, teachers and education professionals, through specific and practical methods.  See here for more information: http://www.patouch.org

The group consists of an assortment of skiing abilities so we’re looking to do the best we can within the allocated time which could be a lot or very little depending on number of falls/people forgetting equipment/general tiredness.

100% of ALL proceeds go straight to the Teenage Cancer Trust and PA Touch so please dig deep and sponsor us.

ps. We’re still looking for a fancy dress theme so any ideas are welcome!

Many thanks for your support.

Henrik, Jamie, Kevin, Miguel, Guus, Natasha and Katie
