On the 16th August 30 of Jakes close family & friends will cycle 150 miles from Dublin to Easkey, on the west coast of Ireland, a place close to Jakes heart, we reach our destination on 18th August, what would have been Jakes 25th birthday. 

Jakes death, due to an undiagnosed brain tumour, has been devastating for his family & friends, we are all still trying to come to terms with losing our beautiful 24 year old with so much to live for.

We want to raise as much money as we can for The Jake McCarthy Foundation,  set up in honour of Jake to raise awareness of brain tumour symptoms to ensure early diagnosis & save lives. Our aim is to help fund much needed research to enable a cure for this horrible cancer that robbed us of our bright, talented loving son.
