I am lucky enough to be going to Hawaii to compete in the Ironman Triathlon World Championships. This will involve 140.6 miles of swimming, biking and running on the big island of Kona.

I race triathlons for fun and really want to spread a little of this fun and happiness to those less fortunate than me. KidsOut is a great charity which helps lots of disadvantaged children.
