At long last I’m going to fulfil my dream of doing a parachute jump!  To make it even more of a special occasion, I’ve chosen to do it in memory of Robert Broude, raising funds for the “Robert Broude Fund” at the Young Oncology Unit at The Christie Hospital in Manchester.   Robert was treated at the Unit for 2½ years for cancer  -  sadly he died at the age of 19.  Robert was the son of very good friends of mine and he and his family received wonderful care and support there during his illness,   I'm aiming high to accomplish my ambition - please  show your support by taking this extra leap and give generously to this very worthwhile cause.  With thanks Irvine.
