Although we have yet to actually start our vigorous 6am training routine, we are participating in the "Run to the Beat" Half Marathon in Greenwich at the end of September.

We'll be raising money for Ace Africa - a Kenyan/Tanzanian charity that gives training and support for orphans and vulnerable children, their guardians or single parents and others infected or affected by HIV/AIDS.

So please spare a few pennies for them, and if you can bear to wake up that early (or at all) on a Sunday, come along and support us on the day!
