We are prepared to make fools of ourselves all day to raise money for Crohn's and Colitis UK - the only national charity based in St Albans

Please give us your support by coming along to cheer us on, bring your family and friends along on Sunday 17th July at OA's, Harpenden Road, St Albans from 10.30am, it is a great day out.
