As you guys and gal's maybe aware I have started running over the last few months. I have set my self some personal goals but along the way I am looking to support great local charities.

This April I am currently signed up to run the "10K Southampton ABP Run"

I will be running this even in aide of The Rowans Hospice, for the people who do not know about them,  The Rowans is a fantastic small charity based in Hampshire. They provide second to none end of life care and exceptional support for families that need it. 

If I reach my target of £500 I will increase this and complete the full half marathon.
