Me, Sam, George and Kat are cycling from Edinburgh to Cardiff to London in 9 days, from the 27th of July till the 5th of August. We are doing the three capitals trip in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital who conduct miracles on a daily basis

NEWS (5/07/2010)  - Unfortunately Kat has had to pull out of the Three Capitals Bike Ride due to a reoccurring knee injury, we wish her the best in recovery but the show must go on!
