Once again i'm doing my annual sponsored swim for the British Heart Foundation - this will be my 8th year!!! Im sure you all know by now i swim on behalf of my grandad who sadly passed away 11 years ago. I'm so lucky to have met him and i only have the BHF to thank for this. Having had his first heart attack at the age of 44 without there fantastic support and treatment from the BHF i would never have met him and he wouldnt have been one of my very bestest friends.

There is also one difference to the swim this year.....I'm in organising this whole event as well as swimming. So if anyone would like to join in on the night and swim please drop me a line to jameshardwick87@sky.com or if you want to support on the night - its taking place at Farnham Sports Centre on SATURDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER starting at 7pm.
