“Challenges” … 2009 is all about challenges.

Okay, I admit it. I have never been a great lover of France.

So what better way to re-acquainted myself with the fine nation of France than to cycle across it’s entirety in early Spring (aaahh so close!). 1500 kms in 6 days across France all by bike – that is the challenge I plan to undertake with other property industry head cases in chilly March.

Why?
Well to prove to myself, that I am fitter than I realise, can go the distance, take the pain, and ensure that when summer comes there will be NOBODY faster than me on my daily cycle commute! Oh, and there’s the not so insignificant opportunity to raise precious £’s for the property industry’s charity, Landaid.

So please make the effort and sponsor me. You will earn every penny back in aches, stiffness, frozen hands/feet, drenchings, and anger in the face of the inevitable police fines for running red lights (safely of course).

I am a lean (for those of you that know me, you will be aware that the saying ‘less is more’ is certainly true in my case!) 27 year old Policy Officer for the British Property Federation. I have been ‘representing the industry’ for a number of years now, currently focussing on residential and commercial policy matters.
