About my charity : National Ankylosing Spondylitis Society National Ankylosing Spondylitis Society
NASS is the patient organisation for people with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) which is a painful progressive rheumatic disease which mainly affects the spine. It provides advice, support and information for patients and their families and runs over 100 local branches in the UK.
