Last year my first real school friend had a lung transplant to save his life having suffered with Cystic Fibrosis since birth. I am pleased to say, after a long period in intensive care, that he made a full recovery and has even competed in the transplant games earlier this year. We used to run together as teenagers so this year I decided to run in aid of the charity that has supported my friend for all his life. Obviously this is personal to me but if you can help me raise money then I would really appreciate it.  As a starter I have sponsored myself to give me a goal.
