When I was asked and hounded to take part in this event I seriously had to analyse my current lifestyle and work out what would need changing before giving an answer.

The list was long and lengthy, but I cut it down to three, quit the fags, start training and finally do something worthwhile. The ciggie thing is going well, two weeks into it, training starts tonight and what a great cause.

The Smile Train is the world's largest and most effective cleft charity.
