"The Treble" 2006
After nearly killing myself to bits trying to finish the London Triathlon last year I've decided to return this year and have a go at completing three races in three months.

Here are the details...

Royal Windsor Triathlon - Sunday 11th June 2006
Sprint Distance - 750m swim / 20km bike / 5km run

Bournemouth Triathlon - Sunday 2nd July 2006
Sprint Distance - 750m swim / 20km bike / 5km run

London Triathlon - Sunday 6th August 2006
Olympic Distance - 1,500m swim / 40km bike / 10km run
