Hi my name is Sam, if you didn't know already.
During the first five years of my life I was in and out of intensive care. Great Ormond Street Hospital was one of the many I stayed in. I would like to give something back to those who cared for me and so the idea of a sponsored row to the Isle Wight came up. But not just in a boat (that's easy!) but in a 'Can-oe'. That's a boat made of beer can's, for uninitiated.

So a friend and I are rowing to the Isle of Wight in a home-made boat made of beer cans to raise money for Great Ormand Street.

We're setting off in June - so pleased give now before it's too late, and help me to help others.
