On September 20th I will be running the Great North Run for Diabetes UK. I will be aiming to beat my time of 1 hour 48mins from last year. Diabetes UK is the largest organisation in the UK working for people with diabetes, funding research, campaigning and helping people live with the condition. With your help we can help support this very worthy cause in their work.

*Race Update*

Got round with a struggle yesterday! Pacing was a bit off so struggled in the last couple of miles however, achieved the target and got round in 1 hour 44mins!
