What are we doing?

'We' are a team of 7 all of whom should probably know better who will be climbing Mt Snowdon  to raise money for the ‘Royal Berkshire Hospital Robbie the Robot’ appeal fund.

Why are we doing it?

The Robot was leased to the Royal Berkshire hospital and has been such a success it is planned to expand its use to other specialties including  Gynaecology & bowel surgery

However the Robot will be lost to the hospital if sufficient funding isn't raised, in order to keep the da Vinci robot operating in , the hospital needs to raise £1million over the next 3 years.

Our part is to make some contribution to this by taking part in the challenge and reach the fundraising target of £7000,

Reaching this financial target is going to test us as much as the grueling 26 mile climb over rough terrain but with your help we can achieve this  

Any donations would be fantastic and gratefully received as £7,000 is yet another mountain for us to climb!
