My story

 

Dear Friends, Family, Colleagues and sponsors,

I hope you are all well.

I decided to enroll for La Parisienne, a 6K Charity run in Paris on Sunday 13 September 2009. I have committed to a strict and rigorous training regime to raise funds for a great cause and I hope that you will lend me your support. All donations will be passed on to the Alzheimer's Research Trust to continue their research into the disease. The organisation is of great personal significance having seen my dear granny suffering from this awful disease for years... So when she joined her angels last year, i was determined to help this association in the hope that some others might not to have to suffer the same emotional and physical pain.

For the people who know me, running is among my least preferred activities and I find it horrible and painful. It will be a huge challenge for me to achieve a good time and I'm commencing training now in order to do as well as i can.

I would really be grateful if you could sponsor me in order to raise as much funds for this association as possible.
