I currently taking part in ITV's Feel Good Factor campaign. The aim is raise funds for chosen charities, by losing weight and getting fitter. I have 2 and half stone to lose, but as this programme is running for 7 weeks, I have said I aim to lose 2 lb per week, which means by 21st April I should have lost 15.8 lbs.

This may not seem alot but I am hoping to raise as much as I can, and keep going until I've lost 2 and half stone.

Any amount is fine as it all adds up to the final total.

* update - 10.3.09 - I lost 1 lb this week.                                                                    update - 17.3.09 - lost 1/2 lb.. back to the gym from this week to burn off more calories! Total now is 4.5 lb in the last 2 weeks.
