Hi as you can see I am running for the Guide Dogs. I entered this run thinking it was 10k but to my horror it is10 MILES. So please dig deep as I need all the support I can get.

We had a lovely visit from some guide dogs, at the college, and this included 8 week old Ava and 10 month Ned. The students loved it. We also had a very interesting talk by a guide dog owner.
